We analyze a child’s IEP or 504 Plan to determine if it adequately addresses their needs, and advocate for necessary changes.
Attend IEP/504 Plan meetings

Due process hearings
We file due process complaints, and represent clients in due process hearings when disputes arise with a child’s school district regarding the child’s IEP or 504 Plan.

We assist in advocating for appropriate school placements, including private placements, when necessary.
Assistive technology access
We help to ensure a child receives necessary assistive technology devices and training.
Appeals process
We represent clients in appeals to state agencies, if necessary.
